Don’t you just hate it when you want to make strawberry ice cream but can’t find fresh strawberries? That is exactly what happened to me this fine sunday morning. Luckily, I had a can of strawberry frubites handy.
Strawberry ice cream is nothing without the flavor of fresh strawberries. It is when the juices from the ripe tender fruit mingle with soft cream that the confection truly comes into shape.
Buying strawberries fresh can be a right bother, seeing as they are not always in supply and the packaging process also ends up ruining the flavor. Frubites gives you the taste and flavor of fresh strawberries, so that your ice cream can always taste like it’s made with fruit plucked just minutes before consumption.
